1. Do not add grease when using the dry electromagnetic clutch, otherwise it will reduce the torque.
2. Before the electromagnetic clutch device, the anti-rust grease and debris must be cleaned up.

3. The electromagnetic clutch can be installed coaxially or on the shaft. Axial must be fixed. The automatic part and the driven part are not allowed to have axial movement. When the shaft is installed, the automatic part and the driven part are between the shaft. The concentricity shall not be greater than 0.1mm.
4. When the wet electromagnetic clutch is working, it is necessary to add lubricating oil between the conflicting plates. The lubrication method is (1) fuel injection lubrication (2) oil bath lubrication, and some oil immersion is about 5 times the volume of the electromagnetic clutch. (3) The shaft oil supply is smooth, and the oil supply method should be used when the shaft moves at high speed and high frequency.
5. When using the clamping tooth electromagnetic clutch device, ensure that there is a certain gap between the end teeth, so that no grinding teeth appear when idling, but it should not be greater than the delta value.
6. The electromagnetic clutch is Class B insulation with normal temperature rise of 40 ℃. The working temperature at the thermal equilibrium limit should not exceed 100°C, otherwise it is easy to damage the coil and conflict.
7, power supply and control circuit, electromagnetic clutch power supply is usually 24 volts DC. It is obtained by three-phase or single-phase AC voltage after step-down full-wave rectification, without voltage stabilization and filtering requirements, and the power supply is more than 1.5 times the rated power of the electromagnetic clutch. A freewheeling diode is required when using a half-wave rectified power supply.
