The synchronous motor on the brake system shaft rotates the laser cutting magnetic induction line to form eddy current.
The eddy current and the magnetic field in the synchronous motor affect each other to form the axle load. The electromagnetic clutch is durable, convenient and quick to maintain, and has a large speed range; but the efficiency is uneven, and the low gear temperature is high, so try to use heat dissipation precautions. This kind of clutch is more common in direct load machinery.
How long is the service life of the electromagnetic clutch? This question cannot be generalized, because there are many factors that affect the service life of the electromagnetic clutch. Under normal use, there will be no problem in 89 years. Choose high-quality products when buying, and pay attention to daily maintenance during use.
When using the electromagnetic clutch at ordinary times, pay attention to the short time of power-on engagement and power-off release; use good quality brush materials; do not overload operation; add lubricant regularly and clean up oil stains regularly.
In order to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the electromagnetic clutch, it must be maintained and maintained frequently:
1. Always check the tightening of bolts, especially tighten the bolts of electromagnets, electromagnets and housings, yokes, electromagnets and connecting bolts.
2. The active part of the electromagnetic clutch is often added with lubricant.
3. Regularly check the mechanical wear of the moving parts and remove the dust, hair and dirt on the surface of the electromagnet parts.
4. Regularly check the length of the armature stroke. Because during the operation of the clutch, the stroke length of the armature will increase due to the wear of the cutting surface. When the armature stroke length does not reach the normal value, it must be adjusted to restore the small gap between the braking surface and the turntable. If the armature stroke length increases above the normal value, the suction force may be greatly reduced.
5. If the worn brake surface is replaced, the small gap between the brake surface and the turntable should be properly adjusted again.
In use, the electromagnetic clutch will produce different faults due to various factors. The failure of the electromagnetic clutch generally occurs during starting, idling and loading, but the failure occurs frequently during the starting process, mainly because it cannot be started, or the input voltage of the electromagnetic clutch is too low, regular the input voltage is DC24V. As well as unstable power, skidding or high temperature, but there are also special circumstances.
Therefore, pay attention to the requirements when inputting the voltage. The elimination method is to detect whether the input voltage is the required voltage of the electromagnetic clutch. When the coil is short-circuited, it is usually replaced or repaired. It is recommended to modify the electromagnetic clutch circuit for replacement or modification.
The operation is unstable, most likely the input voltage is unstable, the power of the detection power supply is about 1.5 times the rated power of the electromagnetic clutch, and the voltage fluctuation is within-5%. The solution to unstable operation is to check the voltage and stabilize the voltage. Another situation is frictional heating, causing the coil to burn out or short circuit.
