3. When the jaw electromagnetic clutch is working, lubricating oil must be added between the friction plates. Lubrication mode:(1) oil injection lubrication;(2) oil immersion lubrication; high-frequency action using shaft oil supply.
4. When installing the jaw-type electromagnetic clutch, ensure that there is a certain gap between the end teeth, so that there is no grinding phenomenon when idling, but it should not be greater than the delta value.
5. Clutch and brake are Class B insulated, and the normal temperature rise is 40 ℃. The working temperature at the thermal equilibrium limit shall not exceed 100 ℃, otherwise it is easy to damage the coil and friction parts.
6, power supply and control circuit, jaw electromagnetic clutch power supply is 24V (except for special orders). It is obtained by three-phase or single-phase AC voltage step-down and full-wave rectification (or bridge rectification).
