A certain torque will be generated when power is applied, but the torque has not yet reached a stable value or a rated value. Since the built-in coil itself has resistance and inductance, the current will rise to a certain value. When this value is reached, the iron is absorbed, the torque transmission is saturated, and the torque reaches the static friction torque (rated torque).
