The use of small electromagnetic clutch notes are as follows:

1. When using a dry electromagnetic clutch, it is forbidden to add grease, otherwise the torque will be reduced.

2. Clean the electromagnetic clutch device and remove the anti-rust grease and sundries.

The electromagnetic clutch may be a coaxial device or an axial device. It is necessary to fix it axially. The automatic part and the driven part are not allowed to move axially. When using the shaft alignment device, the coaxiality between the automatic part and the driven part shaft should not be greater than 0.1mm.

4. When the wet electromagnetic clutch is working, it is necessary to add smooth oil between the friction plates. The smoothing method adopts (1) pouring oil separately to make it smooth;(2) the oil bath is smooth, and the part immersed in the oil is about 5 times the volume of the clutch;(3) the axial oil supply is smooth, and the high-speed and high-frequency operation Use axial oil supply method.

5. The cogged electromagnetic clutch device should ensure that there is a certain gap between the end teeth, so that the teeth are not ground when idling, but should not be greater than the value of δ.

6. Electromagnetic clutch and brake shall be Class B insulated with normal temperature rise of 40 ℃. The working temperature during the limit thermal equilibrium shall not exceed 100 ℃, otherwise the coil and friction parts are easily damaged.

The clutch power supply is generally 24V, and the clutch power supply is 7V, which is obtained by three-phase or single-phase AC voltage step-down and full-wave rectification. No voltage stabilization and filtering required. The power of the power supply should be more than 1.5 times higher than the rated power of the electromagnetic clutch. When using a half-wave rectified power supply, a freewheeling diode needs to be installed.
