3. During operation, due to vibration, it is necessary to check the firmness of fasteners frequently. If it is found to be loose, it should be tightened in time to avoid some failures caused by loosening.
4. In the long-term harsh environment, the electromagnetic brake will have some dust and stains on the equipment. 3. If the worn brake surface is replaced, the small gap between the brake surface and the turntable should be properly adjusted.
4. Regularly check the fastening degree of bolts, especially electromagnet bolts, electromagnet and shell bolts, yoke bolts, electromagnet coil bolts, and terminal bolts.
5. Regularly check the mechanical wear of the movable parts and remove the dust, burrs and dirt on the surface of the electromagnet parts.
