3. If the worn brake surface is replaced, the small gap between the brake surface and the turntable should be properly adjusted.
4. Regularly check the fastening degree of bolts, especially electromagnet bolts, electromagnet and shell bolts, yoke bolts, electromagnet coil bolts, and terminal bolts.
5. Regularly check the mechanical wear of the movable parts and remove the dust, burrs and dirt on the surface of the electromagnet parts.
