Precautions for the use of 2. single-plate electromagnetic clutch
When using a dry single-chip electromagnetic clutch, it is forbidden to add grease, otherwise the torque will be reduced; the electromagnetic clutch needs to be cleaned before installation to remove anti-rust grease and debris; the electromagnetic clutch can be installed coaxially or axially. Need to be fixed. No axial movement is allowed between the driving part and the driven part. Axial installation, the driving part and the driven part of the coaxiality should not be greater than 0. LMM. When the wet electromagnetic clutch is working, lubricating oil needs to be added between the friction plates. The lubrication method is (1) oil pouring lubrication;(2) oil bath lubrication, the part immersed in the oil is about 5 times the clutch volume;(3) axial Lubricate oil. The axial oil supply method should be adopted during high-speed and high-frequency operation; when installing the embedded electromagnetic clutch, ensure that there is a certain gap between the end teeth, so that there is no tooth grinding phenomenon when idling, but it should not exceed the value; electromagnetic clutch and brake It is Class B insulation, normal temperature rise 40. The working temperature at the limit of thermal balance is not allowed to exceed 100, otherwise it is easy to damage the coil and friction parts; and the power control circuit. The clutch power supply is generally 24V DC (except for special orders). It is obtained by step-down and full-wave rectification of a three-phase or single-phase AC voltage. There is no requirement for voltage stabilization and filtering, and the power supply is more than 1.5 times of the rated power of the electromagnetic clutch. A freewheeling diode is required for a half-wave rectified power supply.

4. High-frequency operation: Intermittent operation in the rapid cycle and repeated use of the on-off of the motor provide a limited frequency, so the use of single-plate electromagnetic clutch to make it respond quickly and high braking accuracy.
5. Movement: When the machine starts to move and the position is engaged, only the clutch needs to be used to move instantly.
