When the equipment reaches the allowable range during long-term operation, it should be checked and adjusted to the state in time to restore the operating performance of the brake.
2. During operation, due to wear or vibration, the gap between the braking surface and the turntable will change. If the brake surface is replaced due to excessive wear, the gap between the brake surface and the turntable should be adjusted to this state.
3. During operation, due to vibration, it is necessary to check the firmness of fasteners frequently. If it is found to be loose, it should be tightened in time to avoid some failures caused by loosening.
4. In the long-term harsh environment, the electromagnetic brake will have some dust and stains on the equipment. The user should clean and organize regularly to effectively maintain the good condition of the equipment heat dissipation system, thereby effectively extending its service life. Then don't forget to add lubricant to the brakes regularly.
To ensure uninterrupted operation of the electromagnetic brake, regular maintenance is necessary:
1. Always fill lubricant in the movable part of the electromagnetic brake.
2. Regularly check the armature stroke length. Because during brake operation, the stroke length of the armature will increase due to the wear of the moving surface. When the armature stroke length fails to reach the normal value, it must be adjusted to restore the small gap between the braking surface and the turntable. If the stroke length of the armature increases above the normal value, the suction force may be greatly reduced.
3. If the worn brake surface is replaced, the small gap between the brake surface and the turntable should be properly adjusted.
4. Regularly check the fastening degree of bolts, especially electromagnet bolts, electromagnet and shell bolts, yoke bolts, electromagnet coil bolts, and terminal bolts.
5. Regularly check the mechanical wear of the movable parts and remove the dust, burrs and dirt on the surface of the electromagnet parts.
