In order to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the electromagnetic brake, it must be maintained and maintained frequently: electromagnetic brake is a very important part of the elevator, stage, ship, metallurgy, lifting machinery and other machines. However, in the existing mechanical equipment, there are few real-time detection of the braking force and the braking process, and only manual maintenance and adjustment are carried out regularly. There are two types of electromagnetic clutches: fixed coil type and rotating coil type. The former electromagnetic coil is fixed on the compressor housing and does not rotate, while the latter electromagnetic coil is connected to the belt reel to rotate. (1) The fixed coil clutch electromagnetic coil is installed on the compressor end cover and does not rotate. The rotor is held on the electromagnetic coil by bearings and circlips. These marks are not hazardous to work and are permitted. 2) Apply a suitable voltage to the electromagnetic coil. For a 12V voltage electromagnetic coil, if it is added to a 6V voltage system, it cannot generate enough magnetic field, which will cause the suction iron to slip, shorten the life of the clutch, and reduce the cooling capacity.
