电磁制动器

The electromagnetic brake is divided into energized electromagnetic brake and non-energized electromagnetic brake (electromagnetic power-off brake or non-excitation brake). The energized electromagnetic brake operates after the current is connected, while the non-energized electromagnetic brake brakes brake after the non-energized. All operating conditions are DC24V DC.

The working principle of the energized electromagnetic brake is that when the magnetic coil is used, the electromagnetic force is adsorbed on the brake pads, and the brake pads are used to release the brake disc. At this time, the drive shaft holds the brake disc to act normally or start. When the current of the electromagnetic brake is cut off, the brake pads will be separated from the brake disc, and friction torque will be generated between the brake disc, the brake pads and the flange. The drive shaft stops quickly.

The structure of the power-off electromagnetic brake is to press the brake pad with a coil spring and use its friction to generate braking torque. When the excitation coil is energized, the armature that presses the brake pad compresses the coil spring, is attracted by the excitation core, and the brake is released. After the excitation current is cut off, the winding force of the winding rod causes the armature to press against the brake pad, thus causing the brake to act. Different from the main brake (also called action brake) arranged on the driving body, it is also called additional brake), safety brake and emergency brake. Usually installed on escalators and inclined moving walks with a height of more than 6 meters, equipped with public transportation escalators and inclined moving walks, equipped with special supplies of popular escalators and Tilt-type moving walks provided under the contract.

Electromagnetic brakes are usually implemented quickly before reaching a speed of more than 1.4 times the rated speed, after a non-operational reversal, or when the drive chain breaks, driving the pedal (pedal) or chain and sprocket. Mechanical friction brake, forced by the load inertia to make the escalator (sidewalk) forward deceleration stop, static, at the same time or early cut off the safety circuit. Electromagnetic brakes usually apply mechanical collision braking to chains and sprockets that can quickly drag steps (pedals) or pedals before reaching a speed of more than 1.4 times the rated speed, or after non-operating reversal, or when the drive chain is broken, etc., to force the escalator (sidewalk) that travels forward with the inertia moment of the load to decelerate and stop, maintain a static state, or move forward at the same time, and cut off the safety circuit.

The uses, application fields and characteristics of energized electromagnetic brakes and non-energized electromagnetic brakes are relatively close. They have the characteristics of small size, simple installation, fast response speed, no no-load torque, environmental protection and no noise. They can be used for various mechanical rotation systems. The functions of starting, disconnecting, inching, positioning, reversing, etc.
